Nine Years Ago Today...
...I had a very exciting morning. I woke up in labor, took a shower, went downstairs to leave a message for my OB, started back upstairs to wake up Jerry, and then fell down back down the stairs after turning on a dime to go back and answer the phone. Sunshine Girl was born about four hours later after an uneventful rest of my labor, but precipitous delivery.

Today, she's nine...
Once again, she asked for a marine biology cake. Because she wanted seals and penguins on the cake, not just dolphins, sharks, and whales, I added an ice floe.
If I'd known exactly HOW many penguins and seals, I'd have made a bigger one.
Anna came over for her birthday this year and brought what was SG's favorite card:
I think she was happy with all her presents, although disappointed about the backordered ones...
