[He goes about the clinic, trying to see if there's anything else that he can take, when he suddenly pauses. He looks up at the camera in the room of the clinic.
And then down to his communicator, before dropping it on the floor. The feed gets static running across the screen, but it's still just about visible. Dean goes and sits on the edge of his bed, and pulls out his handgun. He turns to the camera and shoots it out.
