[ Goku has managed to keep to himself for the most part. He was living rather contently in his new studio apartment and just checking out the new district. Sure, it was kinda weird that everyone suddenly got shifted to their new homes but other then mere confusion no one seemed hurt or anything. So he didn't worry too much about it. It wasn't until things started to go down hill that the Saiyan had taken it upon himself to check things out. Goku had noticed the barriers were down, and this obviously wasn't a good sign. Whatever the barriers were keeping out, now had the access to come in. ]

What... what is this place?

[ He almost couldn't even comprehend it. Goku wasn't sure what to expect when he ventured into the outer ring, but it certainly wasn't this. Everything had been laid to waste. It was barren, cold, and empty. By the looks of it, it was obvious that there was once life out here. But what happened to them all? ]

Everything is... it's destroyed.
This whole place is completely wrecked...

[ Goku had hoped that the inhabitants of this area were given some kind of warning. A chance to evacuate and escape before... well, whatever it was that happened here. But unfortunately, that most likely wasn't the case. ]
