[The feed turns on to Hermione walking up a stairwell and into a hallway, a big bag hanging from her side as she used her communicator as a light source. She seemed tired, but wasn't everyone.]
There seems to be a shortage of food, if any is still available, and nothing has been returned to our homes. There is still no electricity in the apartment complex yet and with SAMMs recent report, I doubt this will be remedied any time soon. We should certainly try our best to spare what we still have.
[She's rummaging through her bag now, walking without really seeing where she's going.]
Has anyone gone beyond the limits of our district? Now that the barriers are gone, there seems to be a new territory open for exploration. Would anyone like to joi-
[Hermione hadn't been paying attention where she was going and she had walked right into a landslide. The floor had somehow caved in and sent her down to the next floor. She fell with a thump in a cloud of dust, coughing and fanning the air around her. A portion of the fourth and third floor had been destroyed. Not too far away, there were puddles of blood here and there. She looked around and eventually got to her feet.]
