The hubby is trying to reduce the carbs in his diet and REALLY loves chicken wings. I am not so into the hot wings, but there is a place out at Broadway and Pantano that has Garlic Wings. So dinner tonight is reliant on what is in the cupboard and freezer. We have plenty of chicken so we are doing a version of pan friend chicken  although our chicken is boneless chicken breasts along with a modification of this creamed spinach recipe to use a cheese soup instead of the white sauce. Well took out the frozen pork chops they are thin cut pork so I took out 4 of them and decided I am oging to try out a apple stuffed chop recipe. I am goin g to have to modify the recipe a bit.. but who follows all the directions anyway.

How I ended up modifying it:
I used 3/4 can of chicken broth to moisten the stuffing mixture.

Wel I had plans to do a prime rib roast. My family calls it the fire alarm roast because eyars ago my grandmother was making it and part of the directionssay cook at 500 degrees for so many minutes per pound. So during those minutes the fire alarm went off and they never let her forget it.

 So this will be the first time I cook a turkey. I picked up a 9lb one the other day. It has been thawing in the fridge. Today my daughter and I are going to make this and this. 
So now to take the girlie to school and stop by the store for those last few items..
