New month, new employee!

So our new employee, Ethan, started today. I got to train him, and the three of us (me, Jan my boss, and Ethan went to lunch together. It was nice. We may have to translate our office interface, I'll be talking with our programmer about it.
I'm happy, since Ethan's help will get us out of the backlog of orders we're working on, hopefully by the end of the week.
Hooray for new small businesses that create jobs!
