redcoat668 to post my newest cooking experiment: Indian!
Veggie samosas and chicken tikka. The cookbook was sent by my Indian sister-in-law. It recommended red food coloring for the traditional chicken tikka coloring, and that seemed really weird to me, so I left it. Still totally tasty. Veggie samosas very yummy, easier to make than I had thought, but need to get the knack of the dough and the shape.
