I have been meaning to post a Corwin update for several days now, but it keeps getting put off in favor of Christmas prep of one sort or another.

( He is crawling fairly regularly now. And standing. And making attempts at walking. )

The introduction of solids is moving along slowly. We introduced bananas again last week, and he LOVES them. Unfortunately, he seems to love them to the exclusion of all else -- he'll kinda nibble at his oatmeal now, but he's not terribly enthusiastic about eating it. I am happy. I have a wonderful son and a wonderful hubby who is a good daddy to our son. I'm just really happy with our family and my life right now. Yeah, I'd love to have a cleaner, neater house, but I've always wanted that but I've never had the time, energy, or motivation to really whip it into shape. Wednesday night (having had no solids since the bananas on Monday evening) Corwin slept wonderfully....he went down around 7:30 and slept 'til 9 when we had to wake him up to go home from Bob & Nancy's. He was back to bed at home by 9:30 or so, and slept through 'til 7 a.m. or so without waking. I had my wonderful sleeper back ( Read more... )
