Hi! I'm back, just like I wanted because I'm sure tomorrow won't work for me to post this, either way, tomorrow is today already~
So, this is it, this is my first Mitsu's attempt to translate. Mitsu has this weird(?) thing going on with Katakana, idk why, I remember realizing this with one of his solos that I love sooo much, this one: 今ナニヲ想ウノ. So, he has this thing of using katakana for some parts... and I really can't figure out why but the song, I mean the lyrics are so sweet and lovely, and from his own personal experience, according to Tama-chan, but Mitsu himself talked about imagination. I got kanji from here and colors from here. Like I said in my previous post, Mitsu has many songs written/composed by himself, but this is the first one with all the seven of them singing. One of the highlights in the album :D

You see, I've realized this is love.
[T/N]:I actually liked songs such as #1 girl and Distance after the first listening, but then when checking the lyrics for Tama-chan's song, THIS song caught my eyes and it was because of all the katakana haha, and I didn't know about Mitsu's name for writing lyrics but ended wanting to give this song a try after knowing all of this and I ended up loving this love song.
So, like I said, this is a love song, so I tried very hard to convey this with rephrasing and trying to express the sentences in an easier way to read this in English. At least that was my intention, I'm sorry about mistakes, as usual. I'll list some notes here,
- As using katakana puts an emphasis in words in Japanese, I used capitals for the equivalents in English, that's the reason for all the capital words.
- I like all the continuity this song conveys and how he's telling this story about him and the person he discovered love with. The literal translation would be something like 'Without you, I don't know love' or 'For me, without you, I don't know love', I tried many options before settling with the final result...
- I had to assume some of the missing pronouns but I like how this ended... I mean I like the way it looks like he's describing to us how he perceives this other person, all he knows about them and their individuality, also how he wants to know more about them.
- The last sentence is quite cute, so I highlighted it, he's talking about the other person being a little tearful and awkward in a cute way, lol, so that part ended in that way. And overall all my notes should be like this, more about my way of phrasing it in English than actual takes on translation. I really tried hard on this, I changed every stanza lots of times, this song has evolved soooo much!
So, one last thing, I actually took these last two songs at the same time and oddly I found many similar words, like the word 'gesture', I guess they're talking about expressions, the way the other person express emotions physically, I like to think is something you get familiar with after being with the other person quite a while. Also wanting to look only to the other person. Also, the part when talking about the known things about each other and the things they don't know yet. And all the 'love'. I guess the reason for that is that both are love songs~
I overall liked the music and the way they split the sentences ... I like Tama-chan's solo line, lol.
Edited: Today, yes 2020, 5/1, so late lol I realized the mistake! I think I never even paid attention to the switched pronouns for the third stanza from the end. He's saying there's no love for her without him, either, which is so bloody cute, actually, I was watching just this song in concert and searched for lyrics and there it was! My mistake, and I remembered so vividly not ever switching these pronouns, so, that's it. This was probably because I was doing two songs together, I checked my drafts and apparently, I never noticed the change, it didn't say boku but kimi, and that's it! My mistake, gomen!
So, what do you think about this album? I think it's very easy to listen to. I like most of the songs, they are catchy, maybe the ones I like the less are the singles, lol. I like the solos very much, each one has its highlight, like Tama-chan is super cute and who doesn't want to listen to a love song on the phone? Mitsu is super catchy and I love his singing. Nika's has this great rap going on and a super-fast stanza in full English, and he pronounces it pretty great. Miyata has this super cute Princess and Prince thing going one lol. Yokoo's song to his dad is super cute and heartwarming. Senga's is a ballad that is also super cute and Gaya's ...well Gaya is maybe the one that's more like him and I don't have much to say about it lol.
I like the MV and the song is very nice, I also like they say 'ADIOS' in HUGTIME!! I'm not done with properly listening to the album yet but I like it very much so far.
And that was it! I'm so busy lately, so I apologize for being so late on everything, from now on I'll call myself in a semi-hiatus 'cause I can bearly survive each week... so. I am watching a couple of doramas though, but it's for entertainment, to be honest when I return home I really don't want to think so much as to translate or sub, gomen! I'm watching Mirror Twins, Gaya's dorama, also Perfect world, so I think I'll watch the movie after the dorama. Also Radiation House and I'm loving it, not because of Tsubasa, because sometimes is painful to watch her acting, but because of Kubota! I think he's super cute, I'm glad he's leading actor here. And I watched the first episode of Ore no Sukato, Doko Itta? and I loved it! how can Michi be that cute?! I'm sorry he called my attention way more than Ren(?).
So, there's a lot going on there, I'm not sure if I'm ever finishing those, and I wanted to try Kame's and Yamapi's... but time and life!!
On other news, not so bright, my grandma passed away, and it was so sad. Also, I had to go to the dentist and now it still hurts~
Either way, I'm still hanging here~
