The first time i heard this was when i watched their last year concert and amazed by the voice separation through the song, and when i heard the album version, i lost words. I just searched about KinKi since Bokura no Yuuki, so ... a month i guess? but i'm surprised with their musical abilities! I like Arashi for 8 years and always see them as idols, but with KinKi, it's a bit hard for me to see them as idols as i feel they're more a musician/performer type. I feel they're super talented, in every way. This kind of song is one of those song you can't simply decipher the first time you listened to, it has this powerful spark in it and i can't really describe what is it. And the first time i heard this idk Tsuyo's took part in composing and writing the lyric ..... Ok i'm drown with feels right now :""

And about Kinki, yes, I mean, I'm also an Arashi fan first and those are exactly my feelings, I absolutely love Arashi but for Kinki it's about appreciating their singing and talent as musicians and performers, it's different.
I'm glad you liked the lyrics, I hope I could have conveyed a bit at least of the real meaning behind it~

Right?? The attractive point is quite different for me. Arashi is "Wow they're so great and so hardworking, but still cute i want to support them. let's make them our role model" feel, while with KinKi is like "Wow, johnny's has this kind of talent in them?? Their production level is no joke, they're great" feel. lol idk if you get it but that's the best i can describe them lol XD
Your translation truly helps! Japanese could be tricky (and even worse if dated kanji were used, like in this one) but i can grasp the general meaning behind it thanks to you~ :D

And about the difference between KK and Arashi, is so nice to talk about that with an Arashi fan, it's exactly like that.
I've been following KK's music since Yume wo mireba... and there's still so many that I don't know, but I liked a lot from the last album how Rose&Sun was inspired in Koichi and Hotaru in Tsuyoshi, I think it's really accurate 😁:-D Hotaru is my fave from the album.

Koichi indeed gave that sexy vibe (tbh the first time i saw him i see a kid in him so i'm confused where were this sexy-prince thing come from, but then i saw Endless shock and my question is answered lol) and yes Tsuyo's really give the calming vibe. Hotaru is indeed a great song! One of the reasons i love KK is they're being supported by many amazing musician, which show their musical quality imo.
Yes i also hope we can listen to them again soon. I really hope Tsuyo's ear would get better, because it's kind of heartbreaking seeing his jweb update this past months. Also seeing his fellow musician supporting for his recovery just make me washed by feelings :""") Also i hope Koichi would look after his health as he look thinner in their anniversary promos back then. I hope they're doing fine these days <3

After watching their last concert I was so amazed at seeing how different they can be when doing their solo activities, and yet they can complement each other so well when singing together <3
And it is heartbreaking, it's so sad that this happened to him, Tsuyoshi seems to be so sensitive that I honestly hope for his full recovery, plus he seems to love doing music so much~ I'm sure this was difficult for Koichi too, so I hope that too.
I liked watching them in Kanjam, they looked well there at least :D

Really tho, he's such a dork in variety (also a nerd when it comes to car) but he's such a hot mess when performing, oh the gap <3 Me too! I love how their eyes spark when they're performing their solo part in the latest con. Tsuyo's part especially, i didn't think i'll enjoyed the funk time that much but i did! Yeah and what amaze me more is their synced voice even recording separately, it's really cool for me how their voice could be that balanced.
Yeah, even more after seeing him doing his music, i wish he could be as healthy as possible <3 it must be hard for both of them, just like what they said on KK Party speech, but i'm glad they both could see the positive point in this happening.
OMG Kanjam is great!!! i love it when they talked about music and they got impression from pro musician make me so happy ;__; And yes they look better there, i'm glad <3

And about Koichi being so funny... well talking about his dorky side, you made me remember him in that Bun-bu-boon with Ikuta Toma and the guy from Johnny's WEST, Koichi was so funny there XD
And about the funk, me too! I was never interested in funk before, I think lol
And yes, they talked about that in Kanjam, them sounding like one person, and I think Koichi even mentioned that even them were confused if some parts were solos but it was the two of them in perfect sync <3

OMG that BBB is hillarious!! the amount of censored words he said tho, to the point they really had cut it because it's can't be aired :)) also when Tsuyo's complaining about the WEST guy's long intro but switch the song on by himself (and even chanting along! lol) BBB with takki is also hillarious!! I always love when a Johnnys come to other Johnnys show because it always ended up amusing hahaha XD
The funk session is really interesting tho! tbh i didn't know funk is a music genre until i saw him, i thought it some kind of freestyle jazz? but again idk much about music so yeah :))
Isn't it cool? Like, their voice when they sing by themself is totally different and has their colors, but when combined they sound like one person. idk how they could ended up like that but that's totally cool for me lol Yes! I remember Tsuyo said something like "if i bring my mom to recording together, it won't be as synchronized as with Koichi, even though she's my mom, my family ...." which means that's a whole new level of synchronized when it comes to them :3 Yes their sitting arrangement is super cute! I saw fanart from twitter that said the sofa's order is Koichi, Tsuyo, and glasses as those were 3-seat chair hahaha too cute!
I also read the report, plus listening to the audio of the concert and that totally didn't help with all the feelings i previously had, i love them :"" Really, i just knew them for 1-2 months and already washed by so many feelings already, how will i ever survived the next phase of this KK world??? hahahaha :))

It is! so funny, I couldn't stop laughing the first time I watched it, and Koichi was so adorable in it XD I've watched a couple of episodes more of BBB and they're entertaining and fun, but yes it's always funnier when they're with kohais or senpais. The one with Nagase was good too :D
Well, I wasn't interested at first in his solo music, until I listened to his Grateful Rebirth and the songs are really interesting and different from his Kinki style, I liked it very much. However, lately, I'm profoundly in love with each and every song of his album Kaba.
Wow, not to be as much in sync with his mom, I haven't heard that :D Well, they certainly have a special bond. And they were really cute together <3
I couldn't listen to the audio (secretly wishing for a DVD release), I was too emotional just reading the reports, and I didn't know why I was having so many feelings for them during their 20th anniversary, like with Tsuyo's sickness and all that it meant, 20 years! it was too much for my heart, lol.
Well, it's amazing to feel so much after so few months, I've been interested in them, maybe a couple of years, but just lately I've been following their activities more closely. I guess it took time, but they won my heart completely. I think everything started after watching Tsuyo's acting in Summer Snow, it's always because of a dorama, I love watching doramas after all~

For me, what makes BBB interesting is how their low interest of the subject but still has to do what the guest want nevertheless lol omg the one with Nagase is also gold! have you seen the one with Takamizawa-san? It's also funny!

Tbh this is also my first time listening to audio concert (i never did it with arashi! XD) and all.the.feels. idk maybe because everything seems more personal than their usual concert? (like letting the fan singing Tsuyo's part (even just reading this part in reports has done things to me ;___;), Koichi not letting anyone stand in Tsuyo's place etc) for me, It shows their feelings for each other (esp Koichi as he's always playing hard to get in concert lol) AND YES I ALSO WISH FOR DVD RELEASE FOR THIS PARTY!!! I know this would hurt me badly but i like to torture my self more lol
Me too! i started to get to know them since Bokura no Yuuki as i searched for Matsujun and Aiba there, but then i got in the KK trap and here i am, having almost 100GB of their stuff in just 2 months lol anyway, have you watched ningen shikkaku? i watched it and i'm :(((((( the drama is so good but so heart breaking i can't even :((((((((

I haven't listened much from Koichi's solos, but definitely more from Tsuyoshi. Although not everything, and sometimes it takes time until I appreciate his songs, mainly because ballads take time to grow on me, but I've found a couple of songs I really like a lot. Most of their solo works are in the community, but I haven't had the time to listen to most of them either :(

That concert must have been really meaningful for fans. I was really glad that Tsuyoshi was there in some way, at least. About the DVD release! I hope Tsuyo is recovered by then and we all can get emotional at something from the past, even in that way it would be pretty strong :O
What a trap right? Well, the real problem is the space! LOL, I'm always struggling with the size of the files and the memory space is never enough! That's a very big amount that you got in just 2 months, but I guess you need all of that to barely catch up with 20 years! I don't have any idea of how much I've been accumulating on them but it's never enough (but I guess I'm much calmer this time, with Arashi I couldn't take not being up-to-date, with KK I just let the info get to me lol), and it's so frustrating when I can't find the older stuff!
Ningen Shikkaku! I've watched and it was sooooo much sad, that dorama destroyed my heart, my soul, my hopes on humanity... It is good, but so much sad and raw and even cruel, and you can perceive all the injustice, I ended up hating the teacher so much! because she took so long to figure out the truth! I think it was an amazing work from Kinki being that young. And as always I was so captivated by Tsuyoshi's charm that it hurt so much more. I really like his acting, he was really able to portray that innocent and bright character that captured my heart in so few episodes.

Eeeh really? I process ballad quicker XD but maybe that's because i love falsettos and ballad has more falsettos possibility .... or maybe i'm just a mellow person lol i downloaded Koichi's spiral, and quite love it. The songs is good and catchy, but the edm-ish songs got me confused hahaha ah thank youuu! but the links seems dead :( but it's ok i tried to download Tsuyo's TU album and give it a go XD i also get curious with shamanippon as his tu funk all starts band member (maybe?) post it in sns, have you heard it?

The real trap thoooo DDD: tbh I never think i'd be attracted to KK (first mistake, never think something could never attract you lol). i mean, i never bat an eye to them like in JCD or music shows where Johnnys make appearance together, then this happened lol yeah the space is the real problem!!! like their shows are all in HD it's usually 1GB++ per 30 min show, not that i'm complaining seeing them in HD, but my disk is screaming hahaha yeah it's so many i'm surprised myself XD Ah i get youuu! i also do the same, but in my case Arashi's info is getting to me faster than i'm searching for them lol by the way did you order the untitled album?? It make a fuss in twitter and it's hillarious XD

Really tho, that drama shook me even more than Maou, it's so good but so cruel uhuhu Me too ;__; i never thought i'd continue to watch the drama even the main protagonist was gone halfway the series, it's that good <3

About ballads, well I'm a gloomy person (I think that's why Tsuyo is my fave), so I try to avoid them or I would never function in life, but whenever I get the time to properly listen to them, well, sometimes I just fall in love. And they have lots and lots of really sad ballads haha, other fans have introduced to me many examples, but I think the ones I love the most are Tsuyo's as in 'Utsukushiku Aru Tame Ni', it's such a beautiful song.
Koichi has a very different style, right? I think I read somewhere that it was more like K-pop, I don't necessarily dislike it, but it's different, and it suits his dancing.
Sorry about the link, I think I used it just for one song that was in one of the versions, gomen. And I haven't heard it, I think I only watched a couple of live performances of TU album, ugh there's so much of them I don't know it's frustrating sometimes ha.
Yes, a new sort of relationship, sometimes I think it's a bit unfair for the fans, 'cause we don't get to understand that fully or be a part of it, but we definitely can see it, and it's really amazing <3
And I'm so ready for the DVD release, even if it's painful... it'll be really hard to bear, right? But please let's share the pain haha

And I read Tsuyo's entry about his dog passing away, many bad things happening this year, poor of him.
And yes, it's like they were there all the time and suddenly one day you have to notice them lol. I knew about Tsuyoshi after watching Matsujun's Kindaichi, but I wasn't interested in him at all. (Now, he's the real Kindaichi for me haha) By the time I started to listen to them I was familiar with most of their singles, many Jhonny's groups cover them or I indirectly have listened to them before. Oh yes! so heavy! I'm not complaining either but tbh I'm still dubious about which version of their Kanjam appearance to keep, the one above 1Gb or the not-so-heavy but really not good quality one.
Untitled! It's so great to have them making a fuss each year, that's why I love them! <3 I knew it was going to be in English but to have that title is crazy haha but I'm really curious about the units, and after a lot of thought I think I'll like any of them together and will miss any unit that won't happen. Unfortunately, I blame the distance, but a reliable shipping cost is more or less the same as the item, so, no, I haven't order it, (I'm not a good fan, I know) I'd love to have their singles and everything, I think I'll try some day, but I'm more tempted with their DVD concerts.
I was so sad and it was so frustrating, and his relationship with Ruka was so deep, and Ruka's life was also so hard. Yes, it's really really dark. I watched it some time ago, and I think I passed through the last episodes really fast, until the last one, because after all the pain it kind of forces you to watch the end...that's what I remember. I never expected it to be that dark.

Yeah Tsuyo's voice is painfully beautiful, added with equally painful lyrics and that's it, we're done. anyway, I just heard the utsukushii song and i already feel the beauty & pain, but i don't really understand what he said. if i can understand what the lyric is maybe i also can't function properly D:
Koichi's more to the upbeat song doesn't he? as he seems to prefer dancing than playing the instrument. Also what i see is Koichi's songs are more to the manly side? as Tsuyo’s more to the sensitive side? Their music preferences really showing in their solos, like Koichi with rock and Tsuyo with funky. Anyway I love it as long as they doing what they love so <3

It is frustrating :( It’s so sad in every way, the most heart-breaking part for me is when Makoto has solved his misunderstanding with his father. i cried at that part as i finally feel something good with makoto will come as he regained his confidence back, i already feel so warm and fuzzy BUT THEN THE ROOFTOP SCENE CAME, i hate human really :((( i’m thinking to also watch wakaba no koro, is it good? as i read it’s also a bit dark, do i have to prepare myself to watch it like ningen shikkaku?

Yes, it's painfully beautiful, I love that song, I read some translation but there were parts that I imagined translated differently, I guess the best meaning is in the original language, but the way the feeling is transmitted is also strong. I really love his voice maybe for that reason.
I didn't know that Koichi was that good at dancing, I think the first time I thought he was good was in Bara to Taiyou, but then I watched him at the last concert and he's really good, especially in that costumes lol, it's a bit sad that he can't dance like that with Tsuyo, hahaha. And yes, I think we, as fans, can really sense when they're really enjoying what they're doing.
The MTV U was really good right? I watched it many times because the songs, the sound is beautiful, the music is perfect, I love their musicians, I love it.
And yes, poor of him, he really seemed to love his pets, and it's really heartbreaking when you lose a pet after so long. (Koyama from NEWS even made his cat a song)
Exactly, it's like they were always there but somehow unnoticed to me, now I watch my old files again and pay attention to them XD
I love watching old doramas and for some reason I really like Kindaichi, haven't seen Kame's though. Tsuyo's seasons were really raw, dark and with lots of murders but I think the plot was also better, and Tsuyoshi was super young <3.
And about the HQ, right? it has happened to me before with Arashi, being mad at myself for having such a poor quality video of their shows.
And about Ningen, yes, that part when you think that things will change for the better for Makoto and then that scene... it was so sad, and the teacher watching, it was really frustrating as a viewer that knows the truth, I think that's the worst part, that as a viewer we're witnessing all the injustice. I haven't watched wakaba no koro, but I want to, I have been told that nobody dies at the end, so I guess it's better? but I know it's sad. But definitely on my watch list, I haven't had much time lately, so I have many doramas that I want to watch and can't D:
