So, why do I (and presumably everyone else here!) find it so interesting to read about two male characters getting it on?  I don't read gen fic at all - it's always been slash.  For me, I put it down to the fact that female characters just don't interest me at all -  if it's just male chars that catch my interest, well then, they'll have to pair up ( Read more... )

Apologies if this topic has already been discussed in the past - I've only managed to work my way through to the Nov 2008 postings so far - real life does insist on getting in the way with things like work and such-like!  I was curious as to how people discovered slash in general, and got into Chuck/Casey slash in particular ( Read more... )

I'm based in the UK, and we've only just had ep 2.08 air on satellite TV.  Having been passingly entertained by Chuck in season 1, it was only just recently that I discovered Chuck/Casey slash and become properly obsessed with the show.  Hence buying the S1 DVDs and watching them repeatedly.  (And rewatching all the S2 eps thus far.)
