a little less than a month and Kay and i will have stayed in Fukuoka for 1 whole year!  =D  can you believe that?  time just flies right by, it seems.  i'll do my 1 year post when the time comes, so i'll talk about the good and the bad about living in Fukuoka then.  now, on to Kay's dentist appointment!

i mentioned before that the daycare was going to be closing for the Obon Festival this month.  so, my four day weekend started last night :)  unfortunately, the weather has been quite wacky since then.  we're having a bad bought of sudden thunderstorms, and it's making the weather outside unbearably humid ~_~;;  basically, it'll thunderstorm for 15 ( Read more... )

so this week was Kay's birthday week! it was too bad she was sick through most of it. :/ her fever finally went away in the beginning of the week and then we went back on Monday (happy 4th of July...) to see if we could do something about her wracking cough. she was given some more meds and things didn't start getting better until Tuesday ( Read more... )
