I like moving. And my apartment is annoying... Hence...
I want to move!
I have a pretty good income until the end of July, and with the recent onslaught of job offers, I'm in a pretty decent financial situation for when I'm planning on moving out. Thinking May 1st, maybe the 15th 'cause of TOKink being the last weekend in April.
I can afford about $650 as it is, maybe $750 if I take the job at the IP firm after I'm done school. I wish I knew when I would be actually done, but meh. I can get a small bachelor downtown for that amount, but I'd really like to have a *nice* place, so ... I need a roomate!
Do you know anyone looking to move in the near future (or with a spare room in their place...)? Someone semi-clean, kinky or kink friendly, queer positive, employed, non-smoking or smokes outside, fun... male or female, doesn't much matter.
I'd like to stay downtown and get a nice two-bedroom, with either a balcony, yard, or porch so we're not cooped up all the time.
