I was going quite well last week with the bad novel. Then I ended up doing long work days and feeling really tired, and when I did write stuff it was useless and I did my old 'delete, delete, delete' thing. Hopefully I'll produce something usable this weekend.

This is the first year I'm giving it a go. I sort of got talked into it because Tom and our friend Rich are doing it.
I think I might manage to produce the requisite number of words. I'm just not sure that they'll be the right ones.........

This weekend Tom got me so enthusiastic about writing again that I actually went out this lunchtime and bought the 2012 edition of Writers' and Artists' Yearbook!

On a real-life note: today I more or less finished filling the skip. I also converted the bedroom single plug socket to a double one (thus whilst not increasing the load capacity, I at least made it look less crowded). Yay for me and DIY!
