Was back in Edinburgh today to choose my outside courses. I ended up going with Italian, Spanish, Social Anthropology and of course, Linguistics. The Italian and Spanish ones are just semester long ones, introductory courses. No previous knowledge of either language is required which is a good thing since I don't know about either!
