Today was the Texas Twister Taekwondo Regional Turnament at the Southfork Ranch (the Southfork Ranch) in Parker, Texas. Patrick's first turnament. He competed in Forms, Sparring and Weapons. He's looking at boobs in bathing suits, he's splashing (older) girls at the pool, and he has this grin on his face when he's supposed to rough up his female taekwondo instructors. For Fourth of July, Patrick and I went to Frisco (small town here, not San Fran...) for a soccer game, concerts, and fireworks. And it was awesome! I chaperoned today for Patrick's class's field trip to the Dallas Zoo. Boy, what an exhausting day.
