At school
so here i am in Carbondale, IL. its weird to not live in MN. so far, grad school isn't all that much harder than undergrad was. the only big difference is that I'm TAing for 2 sections of general psych. its SO weird cuz i'm only about 3 years older than the kids i'm teaching. i already had a kid come to class drunk, so i just pretended like he was normal and that i didn't notice anything. going home was cool. its still weird that i'm VISITING when i'm back at my parents' house. i have to pack crap and then i sleep in the extra bedroom. its quite odd. and they keep changing the house, so i have to get used to all of the new things. i really like living by myself. its so nice to not have a roomate. i'm really happy that rent is so cheap here that i can afford to do that.
