so here i am in Carbondale, IL. its weird to not live in MN. so far, grad school isn't all that much harder than undergrad was. the only big difference is that I'm TAing for 2 sections of general psych. its SO weird cuz i'm only about 3 years older than the kids i'm teaching. i already had a kid come to class drunk, so i just pretended like he ( Read more... )

Even though you don't get your comments emailed to an address that you actually check, I think I'll take the time to comment anyway. Mainly because I'm at work and it's excruciatingly boring here. Go figure.

That is fucking awesome that some kid came to class drunk already. How did you know he was drunk? You totally should've made some sort of subtle, mocking comment about it to the class so that everyone would've thought you were cool. But it probably wouldn't have worked and everyone would've been like, "Man, my T.A. is so lame."

Too bad you're not around to come to the fashion show Friday. Ma and Pa are even coming. You're missing out, man. Missing out hardcore.
