Sick and Busy
I've been meaning to update my LJ since I got home from Vegas, but the trip ran into Mother's Day festivities which then slid into the work days from hell which has now morphed into the sneezing, coughing, headachy mess I am right now. Yeah, I am well aware that the previous was one ugly run on sentence, but I finding it difficult to thing properly enough to fix it.
It's almost 2am and I'm definitely calling in sick for the day or two. Can't sleep because I keep coughing. Took some meds...waiting for it to kick in and start working. Also, I don't understand the crazy weather we've been having. Snow advisories in the Sierras and lots of rain and cold wind...I love winter weather, but I can't fully appreciate it right now.
Haven't had a chance to catch up with anyone since being back because RL has been stuck on hamster wheel mode. I will try to catch up with my flist reading in the next few days, but please tell me if I've missed anything important. I've missed all of you.
