Weekly update time! Since it seems it has become a sort of weekly thing lately, especially since I really need to get back on track with school and such. *le sigh* we're almost done! Three more months! I want it to end, but then I don't. On one hand, I'll be glad because I won't have seven classes, but I'll instead have one for eight hours everyday for five weeks. Then again, not having a bunch of homework every night will be quite nice, but not seeing my friends everyday will kinda stink! lol especially since it seems that I am incapable of entertaining myself during the summer...but then again, D-BACKS BASEBALL TIME! WOOOOOOOT! lol that will no doubt be most excellent. As soon as I figure out what our new lineup is, I'm definitly going to rewrite that poem I wrote in 8th grade to fit our '06 D-Backs.
This weekend has been a rather crazy one, although not nearly as fun or eventful as last weekend, because really, nothing beats meeting Thom Brennaman! lol I'm still in awe over that whole thing, and I need to call him soon. Speaking of which, where would one find the number for the Diamondbacks front office? lol that is my current predicament, which I've no doubt can be easily solved. Anyway, yesterday all I did was homework (WOW, what a concept!) and I was soooooooooooooo insanely productive! 'Twas awesome! I finished my English essay, Theology homework, Biology homework, Geometry homework, and most of my French homework. The two things I really need to do are read a bunch of Emma and study for my big huge French unit test of doom...lol both of which are things that require time I don't have...well, at least reading Emma. haha that's okay, I'll get through it! Then today, I had to work the Frosh registration which was pretty much me standing there for four hours saying "Hi! Welcome!" Yeah. NOT fun. lol but now that that's done, I'm going to an Oscar party with my mum and hopefully while there (since the Oscars are SO predictable this year) I'll be able to get some Emma reading done. lol not all of the 140-some pages I need to get done, but any reading is good, really. ;)
Now on Friday night *is random*, much drama ensued. For the past couple of months, I've been quite the emo child, and I thought I had no idea why. Well, Friday night I figured it all out while talking with my dad who really helped me to figure out the whole situation. There were four or five things in particular, and now that I know what they are and how to fix them, I feel SO much better and emo!Caroline is pretty much done. lol *whew* glad that's over!
Well, that's all for now, really. I have to go study for French so I can get a MUCH better grade for the fourth quarter/semester...lol I am determined to be waaaaaaaay less distracted this time around. haha WOOT! for figuring everything out! lyl all, au revoir! :-D
