There are three kinds of women who take the metro to work:
1. Women who wear sneakers/flip flops on the train and carry a pair of nice shoes to wear at work.
2. Women who keep shoes at work to change into from the sneakers/flip flops they wear on the train.

Aside from the awesome free swimming pool and the coffee shop on the corner, I never really bonded with Brookland as a neighborhood. It's a little too limited, too suburban.
