Who needs sleep?

Summary: Sachiko drops by Kira's place to see how that tea she gave him is working out.
Sachiko had never suspected she might end up getting to know two captains who weren't her own. When she'd been going through the academy she figured her average skills and decidedly...unusual hobbies...would put her on the bottom of any given totem pole and there she would stay. And honestly, she was mostly okay with that--it wasn't hard to achieve a goal that wasn't set too unreasonably high. She'd wanted to become a Shinigami, and she had. She'd wanted to help provide for Obakki, and she did. She'd wanted to help as many people as she could, and...well, she hadn't expected that to include the captain of the Third Division, but so be it.
She'd asked when she had given him the little tea sachets if he minded if she dropped by again to see how things were going, and he'd agreed, and so she figured a Sunday afternoon was as good a time as any. Kira Izuru seemed like a very nice man--soft spoken and polite, dedicated and proud. Plus he was a good friend of her captain, so she hoped that her efforts were of use to him, even if only a little.
Hopping up the steps to the engawa outside his quarters, Sachiko straightened the front of her yukata (no uniform today--this wasn't an official errand) and knocked softly on the door.
"Kira-taichou?" she called quietly through the door. "It's Mikagami; I came to see how you were feeling."
