Summary: Hanatarou drops by to deliver some paperwork about recent injuries of certain Fifth Division members. It's a big file.
It was a large wooden box with several sheaths of paper stuffed into different folders, each in a different stage of worn softness around the edges. A simple request for a single sheet of paper had somehow mutated into a tangled mess of permission forms and release forms and not for the first time, Hanatarou found himself wondering when the Fourth would catch up with the Twelfth when it came to paperless paperwork. If it had been for any other seated officer, they might have been able to get away with sending that single sheet of paper with a courier and letting it go at that. A ranked officer, however, commanded a higher degree of security when it came to the paperwork, even for a medical history of something so simple as a papercut. So a sealed box and a seated officer from the Fourth to personally deliver it.
Hanatarou sighed and hoped that next time, maybe, just maybe, they could get away with delivering just that single sheet of paper.
