i have a stomach ach, but not due to the massive intake or the purging.
nerves from what i may gain from this episode

i am scared of what my weight is going to do.

• 30 minutes 'rockies ride' on the stationary bike
• 30 minutes on eliptical
• at least 10 minutes of running
• 400 [more] situps
• 400[more] leg lifts

I am watching a show on calories. it is making me feel ill. i can smell the food they are showing in my  head and it is making me feel like im going to vomit.
