I have lost a word. What is it called when authors have a quote or a piece of a poem on the very first page of the book? Whatever it's called I have a lot of those. In fact, among the many, many things I collect, shit like that has a prime position, which is, in part, what this entry is going to be about.

My laptop is still the slowest, so in between watching Vlogbrothers videos, I'm reading The Selfish Gene by Richard Dawkins. I've spent the better part of today wrangling my computer and giving it the finger playing with LitLift, which is... pretty good exercise if nothing else, for me.
