Aug--? the pun is deadlier than the sword
About 5:30, after a Zoom meeting my sibs, I noticed much from outside - or, rather, muffled bass. Oh yes, today was another neighborhood 'fake holiday': Augtoberfest.
It's funny that I totally forgot about it.
Let's see, there's Augtoberfest, Reindeer Day (December), and Woofstock (September). There was something in *July, as well, the street was block off (food trucks) while I waited for an Amazon delivery. Nothing in the spring?
*googled. It was Art on the Edge.
After dinner (or do I call it supper? I've never decided) I watched Separate Tables. Excellent cast, including Gladys Cooper and Wendy Hiller.
