Tengo hambre!
Hmm a quick rundown of recent events: Last Friday night was spent at an alternativey club called the
pawn shop for
revolver. Interesting people, pretty good music, good time. We spent way too much money on drinks, but afterwards I let loose and danced all night. Tonight we were going to head on over to the I/O Lounge for a techno night, but the lovely hurricane dennis put a damper on our plans. We're going to try to somehow salvage our night once my Juan gets out of the shower. Outside it's raining and blowing pretty hard and it looks as if it will only get worse. Luckily the hurricane is missing Miami and the entire state of Florida for that matter aside from the Panama area. Tomorrow night we are goign to try to go to I/O for poplife, which is another alternative type thing. Squeal.
Yesterday we went to Best Buy where I finally found the Jem cd for $10. yay. I've been wanting that cd for monthssss. We also bought M.I.A.'s Arular, which is prettyyy nice.
Hmm what else...
Oh yes, last night I went to work with Juan. It was alright, but the other guy he works with clears his throat every 10 seconds and it got rather annoying. We tried out Einstein Bagel on our way home...it was eh. Nothing compared to this cafe type place we went to called Atlanta Bread the other day. Yummmmmmm. Einstein Bagels was also not as good as Apple Bagel or whatever the hell it's called now back home.
Juan took me to Red Lobster the other night, and it was my first time there even though there is one at home. The rolls were definitely not overrated; they were excellent. We had stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer and it was veryy yummy. I had the stuffed flounder, which was decent, and Juan had the shrimp trio. I wasn't incredibly impressed, but I'd return. It was good.
There is this fish place right by Juan's house called Bonefish and it's ridiculously delicious.
We've been pigging out x's 20372038208 since I've been here.
Oh oh oh oh oh how could I forget!!!! Monday - Wednesday Juan is taking me to stay at the place we met. I'm excited x's a lot. It's in this place called Treasure Island, which is near Tampa. It's wonderfully tacky and greatttt. It's not too too touristy though, which is good. and this place by the hotel we're staying at has THE BESTTT shakes. The week I was there over the summer we went almost everyday for those boogers.
We're staying at the
Seachest right on the beach. It's where we stayed last July. We want to go back every year on July 22nd. Too bad we're a little off this year, but I'm leaving on the 16th.
I'm hoping it won't make me sad since it was where my parents and I stayed for our last vacation.
Ho hum, that was a lot of random nonsense.
