It's Christmas Eve! Although I started the day off good, made us biscuits & gravy for breakfast.. I got bitchy for a little while there, but cooled off by the time we went to Granny's (Kirk's grandmom) to do Christmas with her, Harry (her husband) and Kirk's aunt Suzanne & Uncle Todd. We ate good food then exchanged presents. I got some cool stuff :). Kirk's cousin Johnathan even thought to send me gifts over from whatever city it is he's stationed in (he's in the Airforce) in Japan along with everyone else's. I got a little silk clutch thing and a cute mirror compact with Geisha girls on it- neat! Kirk's granny made a few batches of Grasshoppers (think vanilla milkshake with creme de menthe- minty alcohol), each batch getting stronger & stronger, greener & greener. Funny stuff! Then we came home, I gave myself my own Christmas present (paid my last payment on my loan- YAY!!!!) and now we're just hanging out until church at 10. I think we're exchanging gifts with Laura & Mark afterwards, then tomorrow is Christmas with his parents :).
Our room is SUCH a mess though, so hopefully I can get it straightened up before church.
