Just watched Luther, S1E1, this song at the end is haunting and I love it! Emiliana Torrini's fabulous song Gun from the album Me and Armini. Xabi Alonso posted on his Twitter account that he liked this song and a bunch of people clicked the thumbs up because he brought them there. He's pretty perfect.

Band of Brothers on Spike. It is a Memorial Day tradition. I am transfixed every year. The boys, they were so young, the boys were so brave in the face of such horrors. I am amazed whenever I think of it. Grateful for their courage and service. This music is from the episode "Why We Fight."

I am sad today. Overwhelmed and coming down with a cold. I don't want to do anything but go back to bed. I have deadlines and a sink full of dishes. It's 75 degrees, sunny and breezy out. The irony of the "great day."

Haunting. Music has been very influential on my moods the last 48 hours or so, inciting me to action on a lot of projects. But this song makes me want to sit still and just listen to , , , everything. For some reason, I want to have a listening party in my house and play this CD.
