If someone was foolish enough to make you the DJ of your own live radio show..... what would you do with it?
if this were real life it would be non-stop house and dubstep, 24/7. sorry. just the way it'd have to be.
but i don't listen to the radio anymore -- i don't know a lot of people who do actually it's mostly podcasts and playlists -- and haven't in years. the last time i remember giving a shit about radio was when i was really young. and you know, i grew up in the south, where you'd get 20 choices for country and 10 for classic rock, so the stuff i actually listen to now, just. it's not radio, to me. (most of it wouldn't even be able to get airtime without being censored to death...)
so i'm feeling nostalgic so what this is is mostly music that reminds me of where i grew up. something you could turn the radio on and like. conceivably hear. although not these exactly since hahaha a lot of them are um... "alternative" still. but i mean, this is music i could listen to and my dad wouldn't grumpily change the channel and start ranting about how pop culture is ungodly. i mean, some of them are pretty ungodly but he never paid much attention to lyrics unless it was in your face marilyn "i'm not a slave to a god that doesn't exist" manson.
um, i don't feel much like talking anymore. so i wouldn't do that.
