It's a long story. For several weeks I've had issues with the light switch in my bathroom. (sigh) Scary, in some ways! I saw sparks fly from the old switch on occasion (!!!), so it really DID need to be fixed! Anyway, Marilyn finally got on me to get it taken care of. It was a DELIGHT to have Frank fbhjr visit us in Portland (from Boston) yesterday. Marilyn and I actually were able to get off work EARLY (!!!) to head out to the Holiday Inn at the Airport to meet up with him. We drove back to our office and parked there, then gave him a down and dirty (quick) tour of our office, before walking over to have Chinese ( Read more... )

I've now spoken to three different Qwest support personnel. The first, Maureen, totally screwed us up. All I needed from her was some data, but she RESET our Account password (!!!), which meant our modem would no longer 'talk' to Qwest -- so we were blocked from access. Well, time for bed -- no doubt about that!

I got a lot done today. No vacuuming (!!!), but I did pick up the office, livingroom, kitchen and family room.

I did laundry and dishes, too.

I did PRFA work from home (via phone and computer Remote Access).

And as it was Wednesday, I did all the garbage and recycling, too...
