I've just been to see the film Of Gods and Men a French film about a small group of monks living in a monastery in an unspecified North African country in the 1990s, with increasing secetarian violence. It was such a beautiful, important and humane film. It's about religion but also a humanitarian life view. It's the kind of film I wish everyone ( Read more... )
