Our local library is great for learning new things! I signed up for a four session / eight hour course on Madhubani painting, which is a folk art from a region of India. Ms. Katzenjammer Kitzen models the latest fashion for kitties- a purple cable knit sweater. Surprisingly, no hands were clawed in the making of these pictures. She actually enjoyed wearing a kitty sweater, and curled up in my lap and purred after I put it on her.

Yesterday was a very good day - we went to Atlantic City to see The 88 and B52's in concert at House of Blues. We decided to make a day of it, and went to do other things in the city before the show.
