Well, the good part of today was that Wal-Mart didn't show for that hearing (the rescheduled one, because they didn't show for the last one, either) - and didn't call this time, so hopefully unemployment will just say 'Uh, no' if they try again to appeal Aus's claim ( Read more... )

Apparently, according to unemployment, it's much preferable to do nothing rather than to go back to school. Because Aus is going back to school, when he filed for unemployment last week (they make you file weekly to claim your benefits) they flagged it as having to be reviewed, because circumstances changed.
