Well that was a clusterfuck of epic proportions.
I remember why I hate pre-sales so much. Sometimes they are smooth as can be with no issues whatsoever, but then other times they end up like this morning's MCR pre-sale. Wherein both LiveNation and Ticketmaster were down for about 40 minutes, and it took what felt like a billion repetitions of refresh-reselect tickets-reenter promo code-type in captcha before I managed to get my tickets for both dates. On the plus side, everyone else was freaking out about it on twitter, so I knew it wasn't just me, but I really didn't need to go through that obnoxiousness.
I would have also preferred doing it without sneezing violently multiple times every couple of minutes, and having tissues crammed in my nose to stop it from dripping. I really hate allergies, you guys. But I get to see MCR next May with some fantastic people, so at least there's that!
I think I will take some Benedryl, go back to bed, and try to sleep off this crud before it develops into a migraine. Later, y'all!
