My reaction to MCR's new album after my first (full) listen:

While I will never not want the dark Stooges-inspired punk record they scrapped, I have to say I liked this a lot.  I definitely need more listens to really develop a further, more detailed, opinion, but my overall consensus is: :D

I also appreciate that (for whatever reason), the American tour dates near me are in May, since it will be warm(er).  A++ scheduling decision, boys!  Time to warm up my browser-refreshing finger for the presale tomorrow!
