Because we're planning on getting another cat after I get back from Armenia, around the end of May. For real, our other cat, Methos, is losing it without Merwan to hang out with, and the dog is already mopey, and I feel like a one cat household is just WRONG. Reading about the school shooting in Conn, and completely in tears because all I can think of is parents who have lovingly wrapped Christmas presents underneath the tree, or hidden in closets, and those presents will never be given because their child was murdered.
