NURI.
My prediction was almost 2 hours off because i fell asleep after watching the David Letterman show XD so i didn't get to narrow things down. But i woke up for 10 minutes in time to see what the sunrise was like. And it was so pretty. Well the clouds were =D
School suspended. Ferry and bus services suspended. Tons of flight delayed. MTR running at irregular intervals. Sigh. Good thing that i didn't have anything special planned today except for one of my friend's farewell party, which had been cancelled and changed to tomorrow anyways.
Really want to go out but since the chances of the eye coming directly overhead us is in less than an hour, and since it's signal no. 9 right now, they should change it to 10 soon, i at least know that much as to not go outdoors. There's been more than 30 reports of scaffolding peeling off walls and windows and signs falling off and all that. Very dangerous to go out and i've always been wary of HK's neon signs things that covers almost every inch of busy streets...i always keep an eye on them when i walk down streets. They look pretty as tourist pictures but when you're walking beneath them all, it's kinda scary.
They should pluck "Nuri" out of the names chart after this, letting it go down in "history" and probably put it into new editions of textbooks. The Malaysians should get to find the replacement and submit it for the coming year 2009 names list since they picked "Nuri" =)
And since i'm cooped up at home, i'll continue finishing the work that my cousin asked me to help her with. Geh. O and of course watch the Olympics~.
