Today pretty much sucked. Work was busy & incredibly frustrating, exacerbated by having to waste an hour & a half in a mandatory web conference where they stressed the need for good customer service while keeping us from providing just that. So I was up playing with my lj till after midnight last night. This and teh hubby's up-and-down all night with insomnia meant I didn't want to get up when my alarm went off this morning.
