Rough Day
Today pretty much sucked. Work was busy & incredibly frustrating, exacerbated by having to waste an hour & a half in a mandatory web conference where they stressed the need for good customer service while keeping us from providing just that. Not going to go into details over the work fiascoes because I don't particularly want to relive them right now. They'll still be lying in wait for me to deal with again tomorrow at the office.
On an up-note, I forwarded all of the picture & video messages on my phone to my email. I got tired of my phone telling me my memory is full. So I spent a pleasant hour smiling over various phone pics of my niece. Too bad my memory was too full to save the vid my sister sent me today. Kat is all about sharing right now, especially food. So she was helping her dog eat dinner tonight by sitting on the floor with the dog bowl between her knees and hand feeding the dog one piece at a time. It was teh cute!
