Well, I've been sitting here contemplating whether or not I've got the energy to go over to the gym to work out for a bit. Part of it also has to do with the weather, which is YET AGAIN more snow, freezing rain and to get ice pellets a bit later before turning to rain this afternoon. All makes for a rather mucky day.
On the one hand, I'd feel better for doing my workout. Getting exercise and all.
On the other hand, I just finished a night shift (and unlike Monday when I went after a night shift, I had a good sleep Sunday afternoon/evening so I was good to go). I got about 7hrs yesterday afternoon/evening, which is still fairly decent, but I usually get more. This weather is really depressing. I just wanna go get in my nice warm jammies, have a bit of breakfast, and curl up and watch a bit of "Heroes" before heading off to bed.
Besides, weather's supposed to be better tomorrow. Rainy, but not this snow/freezing rain/ice pellets/rain stuff that's doin' today.
Settled. Going to the gym tomorrow to do weights and treadmill. Then Friday at 9am, meeting with personal trainer for stretching exercises.
Downloading second season of "Heroes" now. Watching first season on DVD in a bit. Going to get into PJs and set up laptop (working off desktop comp atm) first.
