Cold snap in the spring

Did I mention the snow? Yes, we awoke to snow yesterday morning. A layer of icy snow on the grass and cars, though the streets were clear by the time we got up, with help from the salt trucks it seems. I thought we were all done with that shit.. Now here we are at 34', and last night I took my new pansies off the porch and put them in the back hall

Yeah, while I've been going through and clicking "Stop Notifications" pretty regularly, it's been something to watch Neal and Cliff go at it. I think Cliff defriending Neal is probably a good idea for both of their sanity. I like 'em both quite a bit, but Neal is a pretty big shit-stirrer. We ALL are, but he has always focused on religion, which is one of Cliff's cornerstones. That can be difficult.

It's cold here, too - though no snow THANK GOD. It's like winter will never be over for you East Coast folks.

Awww, poor kid not going to Prom! Well, if it helps, let him know that Prom really is just one dance. In 20 years, it won't be a major regret. He can still keep up with friends and have special moments even after HS. Prom is not a last-ditch chance to connect with friends.
