I have a brewing headache

I need a nap. Thank goodness it's close to bed time. Of course I have to watch Veronica Mars at 9 to catch up on what I missed over the winter when it was opposite Lost.  Ugg.
My garden is exploding with cherry tomatoes. This is good for Rythter and Himself as they love them. I personally hate tomatoes, no matter how hard they try to convince me they are 'like candy'. The only good tomato is a squished tomato, either as sauce or as katsup, or possably salsa. Anything else is just plain yuck.  I mean, they are related to nightshade for goodness sake... Then again, so are potatoes.  Funny thing that.
My glasses have been bothering my ear lately. Or maybe it's my temple. Whatever, that might be the source of my headachyness. That or having the boy at work today.  I hate these last weeks before school stars and when all the camps close up. What the heck are they thinking? Almost school time. Gack!  Can you believe it? Summer is almost over.  Its four months 'till Christmas everybody.
Back to the garden, I jusp picked two yellow squash today. One had a nibble on it. I hope there is nothing living inside it.  I also just noticed some gourds finally starting on my vines. I don't know if they will make anything of themselves before the frosts come in.  I don't know what took so long.  At least the vines are not being destroyed by the borer thing that was attacking them in past years.  Oh, and we have a fantastic pumpkin vine growing in the cemetery in the compost heaps.  It has three softball sized green pumpkins on it. I couldn't have grown them that nicely if I wanted to. Hopefully no one will destroy them before they are ready to pick.  Some years we have them growing on graves from the previous years seeds, but I haven't noticed any this year.
