Nurse actually. The last two days have been a bit of a blur. The visiting nurses that came by yesterday and today are excellent, but honestly, this is going to kill me. I feel like a full time nurse now, how do I find time to work if something does come up at work, which it mercifully hasn't.
I am now qualified to flush an IV and a feeding tube. Whoopee. Tonight I get to administer meds all on my own. I'm very drained, or I'd write a lot more.
I do want to wish everyone on my friends list, and anyone who occasionally pokes their noses in here and comments, a very Merry Holiday Season, whatever holiday you celebrate, or even if you don't celebrate any. I have not had much if any Christmas Spirit this year, and the days since two weeks ago have all blended together. I'll be very happy when it's all over.
I'm off to cover my truffles with chocolate, then wrap I guess. Not even sure what's for dinner, if any. And then at ten I have to go do the meds. Well, at least I don't have to wake up to do the papers tomorrow morning. Yay team.
