Summary: Andrew and Dawn are in the house alone. What could they be up to? Or, Dawn and Andrew are in the house alone... but is Andrew in danger?
Author's Note: The next chapter, tentatively titled Reconnect, is a Spuffy chapter. Surprisingly, this story has been more about the struggles of the secondary characters and not just about Spike and Buffy. This is true more here than in Wishes and Regrets, which were Spuffy-centric. The only accounting for it is that I've been drawn to examine the motivations of Andrew, Dawn, Connor, Willow and Faith much more than I expected. The larger story continues to surprise and entertain me, so I'll continue to write it until I'm bored!

Another great thing about the Buffyverse is that it satisfies my artistic yen. I've begun to create digital cards for the characters in the story, specifically my original characters.
Dramatis Personae: If I were a casting director, these would be my players. Long ago, I used to create Trumps for my Amberite characters. Now I've made similar digital images for the characters in my fanfic. So far, I have one of Thellian Ventrusca and Nighna. I'm jazzed about the one for Thellian. Nighna... not so much. In production are pictures of Luxe and Maya, with the rest to follow as soon as I find good images of them.
