HOKAY. So I was going to make this post all eloquent and with proper use of grammar and, well, stuff. But the Grand Final edition of The Footy Show is on in ten minutes (CAN YOU BELIEVE IT THEY AIR IT HERE AT 11:15PM, WTFWTFWTF) so I better be quick. QUICK SENTENCES, CEC! You don't have the time to type, and people probably don't have the time to read. Win-win, yo.

So! Back from Melbourne, obvs. It was still winter there which is really odd considering it's the end of September and should be warm by now. GRAND FINAL WEEK. I love Melbourne in Grand Final week; the city explodes in the team colours and banners in shops and I love the buzz. (Come to think of it, this is my first interstate Grand Final. Which is significant because football is UTTER RELIGION in Melbourne and it's odd not to be there.) LOLOL @ the Facebook page "It's not Saint Kilda vs Collingwood, it's Australia vs Collingwood" - so true. GO THE SAINTERS, for you lost last year and I wouldn't be a good Carlton supporter if I didn't hate Collingwood. (Sorry, torak303. I can understand your excitement. Plus you'll win anyway, so there!)

NEW PARAGRAPH. We went and saw the Tim Burton exhibition which was lovely fun, but didn't get to the Titanic one because it was sold out. Boo. Kept seeing Hairspray advertisements everywhere - I want to go! Next time in December though: MARY POPPINS YAAAAAAY. I LOVE THEATRE.

Also went to my favourite bar EVAH because it's classy, hidden underground with no street signage, plays black and white films and has a 70-page drinks menu. I NEED ONE OF THOSE PLACES HERE. The Gold Coast only has clubs for uni students and it kind of drives me nuts. And Brisbane is too far away, sigh.

TV IS COMING BACK YAY. Flist exploded with Glee, although I still haven't seen the season premiere yet. Fuck that, I just want to see the Britney. 30 ROCK IS BACK OMG. The Boy is just as excited. You know you've got someone hooked when they want to get a black dog and call it Tracy and a bigger dog and call it Jack. I kid you not.

MOVIES! Tomorrow When The War Began was thankfully incredible. Am now re-reading it. Really want to see Easy A. Despicable Me was lovely. Got my dad to download obtain a whole heap of movies that I'm too poor to go and actually see in the cinemas, hee.

UM, there was more. I'm just typing at random with slight panic because I have about a minute left. Okay, I better leave it here. I have about ten flist entries bookmarked so I can comment but I miiiight not get to them in a decent amount of time, so I'm sorry. But I'm reading, pinky promise.

Cec out!
