Patron: Can I use a computer?
What I Say (WIS): Sure! Let me show you.
What I Wish I could Say (WIWICS): I don't know, can you? There are a lot of prerequisite abilities.
Patron: Do you have any books on [subject]?
WIS: I'm sure I can find something for you. Let me look.
WIWICS: No, we don't have books here.
Patron: Could you find this book for me?
WIS: Of course. What's the call number/title?
WIWICS: I could. But then I'd have to kill you.
Patron: Does this building have a bathroom?
WIS: Yes. Just straight to the next arch and on your right.
WIWICS: Nope. But there's a litter box out back.
