NaNo 2010: Day One

Winterheart has started off more slowly than The Circled Green did last year. Not only is the opening not as dramatic (there's snow and a small overcrowded house, as opposed to a dying woman) but the voice etc. is rather slow. If any of my writing is to be called "literary", so far Winterheart's voice is the closest.

Also, Winterheart's text currently includes:

• Evil snowflakes
• A hot guy
• A toddler running around going BZZZ BZZZ BZZZ
• A page long thing on fat-shaming
• Some poor bloke slipping on ice and maybe having broken his ankle (still waiting to hear from him as he's at the hospital)
• And an old lady talking about a body going through a woodchipper

Yep.
