So today I had a Fair Hearing downtown for medical coverage during my pregnancy and now after. I was covered under my father's insurance up to December but then I was going to file with the state to get medical coverage since I'm considered low income. Today was Lana's Baby Dedication at our church. For those of you not quite familiar with what a Baby Dedication is, it is a way of dedicating your baby or child to your church and saying that the family will raise this child in a loving and caring Christian home and that one day if she choose, she would know the Lord as her Christ and Savior. Actually this happened the night before. My daughter Lana would not go to bed. One of my alternative methods to putting her to sleep is wrapping her up in this fleece blanket we have and bouncing her in my arms while we're sitting on the bed. I'm falling asleep along with her. I would alert a social worker of the baby in case the baby was missing. I would also see if I would be able to care for the child because it's such a shame for infants to be in foster care at such a young age.
