Update on my Rings!

So for those of you who read about my problems with my fiance and me losing my engagement and promise rings, I have an update. I got my rings back! I got them back yesterday. My heart is once again complete. It happened quite unexpectedly and not the way I would have liked it.
My daughter since she was born has trouble sleeping at the night time. Sometimes she won't fall asleep till 3am or 5am. The entire week I've been working my tail off by doing laundry, making dinner and lunch almost everyday. I really wanted to sleep that night because I barely got sleep the night before and I've been up all day. So my fiance decided to take the nightly duty with Lana (our daughter). All night I was in and out of sleep because she would not go to sleep at all and I woke up to feed her. By 6 am, she was still crying and my fiance had been up with her the entire time so you can imagine how tired he was.
We currently live with my fiance's parents in their house. We own two rooms, one is our bedroom and the other is our living room. The living room area we use especially when one of us is sleeping in the bedroom and we take Lana into the other. So Arthur (fiance) was walking back and forth with her just about 6 am. He had a backpack in his walking path when all of a sudden, he trips over the bag while holding her and she fell upon the carpet and started crying. He quickly checked her to make sure she was okay. After quickly checking her, he came into the bedroom and woke me up to tell me what had happened. He said that we shouldn't probably go to the ER and get her checked up just in case she was hurt in ways we couldn't see.
We quickly rushed to the ER (during an awful severe thunderstorm). We was checked within an hour. The doctors found out exactly what happened and checked her out. They told us all the warnings signs of a head injury wasn't seen in Lana as they observed her. They released us with reassuring news.
After we got back home, I made sure everything was okay. I got all worried during the entire ordeal and took action, making sure Lana and Arthur were okay. As we were getting ready to head back to bed (all of us with barely any sleep), he gets a box out where he had hidden my rings in and gave them back to me. He said, "Both of us (Arthur and Lana) need you." I was so happy that I cried.
Anyway back to the most important thing, my little Lana. She's still doing great. Nothing abnormal in the last 36 hours. The only evidence is a slight bruise that looks like she scratched herself.
Great news can happen through terrible circumstances!
